Welcome to January 2022 at The Country Quilter!

Happy Holidays and a Healthy New Year to All!

Hopefully we will be able to continue with classes in January, with limited numbers. All those taking a class must show proof of double vaccination.

Store Hours – The shop will maintain the same shortened hours. It will be open Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday from 10:00 – 1:00.

Machine Applique – Learn the process to use fusible web and raw edge applique to complete projects with material. Use your own patterns and/or join us to create a group of gnomes – a different elf each month. (Pattern will be provided.) The January class is on Saturday, January 8 from 10:30  – 12:30.

Wool Applique – Wednesday, January 12 from 10:00 – 12:00

Knotty Girls – This hand embroidery group continues on Friday, January 14 from 10:00 – 12:00. New stitchers are welcome.

Touch Quilt – Please think about volunteering your time and attending the Touch Quilt Workshop on Saturday, January 15 from 10:00 to 2:00. All materials are provided for this project, you just bring your machine.

Beginner Class –  Refresh your quilting skills and see the latest tools to make your quilting a success. You will learn the basics of quilt making and complete a project – a table runner or a bed scarf. These classes will include all the skills you need to complete this small quilt. The class starts Saturday, January 22, from 10:30 to 1:30. The remaining four classes will be on consecutive Saturdays from 10:30 – 12:30.

The Landscape Class will begin again in February.
