March 2023 at The Country Quilter!

At last, the sunny, longer days make us hopeful that spring is really going to come! It also encourages us to finish up the projects and to start some new ones.

The Introduction to Quilting class begins on Wednesday, March 8th. This class will teach you the basics of quilt making from start to binding. The project is small, unless you want more homework, so that it can be completed by the end of the class.

Knotty Girls, Friday, March 10th, will feature card making. There will be a kit with all the supplies for the project. As this class is full, there will be a second Card Making Workshop on Tuesday, March 28th. Don’t wait to sign up!

On Friday, March 24th, there is a workshop when Jane will have lots of ideas on how to turn a panel into an art quilt or wall hanging. Most quilters have one or more panels in the stash waiting for inspiration. Dig them out and come to be inspired!

Hopefully Landscape, on Friday March 17th, will not be snowed under this month. Lunch will feature Irish Stew, bring something to go with it!

Don’t forget Finishing School is a fun time to work on your own project. Just drop in, no need to sign up.

Happy Quilting!

Card Making!

Join us for something new!

The Card making workshop, March 10 is now full! A second class has been added on Tuesday, March 28, from 11:30-1:30pm. The kit is supplied. Cards are hand done.
