July’s Workshops and Classes:
Beginner Level Quilting Class: Tracy is starting another beginner class. You will learn how to plan a quilt and how to calculate fabric requirements, then you will make the quilt! Starts July 8th, from 9:30 – 11:30am for four classes.
Sleep at Home Retreat: Join Tracy for this popular retreat! July 22 & 23rd, from 9:30 – 2pm. Two days of quilting fun with friends. Snacks and lunches included!
Scrap Quilting Class: July 30th, 9:30 – 1:30pm. Tracy has a new pattern that uses 10 inch squares (perfect for the layer cake you bought long ago!!).
July’s On-going Monthly Clubs:
Finishing School: Every Tuesday, from 9:30-noon. It is a time to work on your projects along with others. Lots of advice and encouragement provided! No need to sign up, just come along and join the group.
Knotty Girls! July 9th, 9:30-11:30. This class offers lots of inspiration and support. Bring along your Show and Tell as well!
Wool Applique Club! July 16, 10-noon. Come and see the wonderful wool stitching projects that you can do. A fun morning of stitching!
***Don’t forget that Fiona is hard at work quilting on the long arm machine upstairs. Let her quilt for you! This is a great way to get some of those quilt tops done. She is here to meet customers on Tuesdays. It is best to make an appointment. Call 613 838-5541.***
